Who we are
This page is run by Emanuele De Patta (Manny DePatta). Contact: e.depatta@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you apply, we collect your answers (whether you run Meta ads, your monthly spend range, your website and what your brand is about), your name, your role and your email. We also record how you reached this page, for example a LinkedIn message or an ad.
Why we collect it
To review your application and contact you about it. We rely on your request to be considered and on our legitimate interest in reviewing applications.
Cookies and Meta
Only if you accept cookies, we use the Meta pixel to measure our ads. This shares technical data (such as your browser and IP address) and, when you apply, a hashed version of your email with Meta Platforms. You can say no and still apply.
Who sees your data
Manny and his team, who review applications. We use a small number of tools to run this page:
- Netlify, to host the page.
- Google Workspace, to store applications and send emails.
- Meta, to measure our ads, only with your consent.
We don't sell your data.
How long we keep it
Up to 12 months after your application, unless we start working together.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to e.depatta@gmail.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
